what size should i order?
you can use our awesome size guide on the footer menu to get a better idea of our sizing. all items are shot in size 1 and 2, which should also help you understand your own size. alternatively, send sabine an email help@reinaolga.com, she will be happy to assist you further!
delivery
Once the order has been fulfilled by our logistics, you will receive an email with your tracking info. Once the Buyer signs for to confirm receipt of the parcel, all risks and responsibility for the Goods passes to the Buyer.
do you accept returns?
We understand, sometimes it happens that one product is simply not working for you and you want to get the money back.
All items bought from www.reinaolga.com can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns processed after 14 days of purchase are not subject to refunds, we are happy to offer you a store credit note.
Return handling and return shipping costs (including custom duties) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as we sent out. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags.
Once our quality control team has checked the items and approved the return we will be able to process your refund.
Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:
1) Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse 2) Processing and inspection for refund approval 3) Authorisation to finance department to issue refund 4) It can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.

do you accept exchanges?
We are sorry but at the moment we are not able to process exchanges for different sizes or styles. Please return the item back to us and place a new order - contact help@reinaolga.com Please email help@reinaolga.com
faulty garments
Please email help@reinaolga.com include your order number and pictures of the swimsuit attached. Please note “Faulty Garments" excludes swims which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear.
what is a pre-order?
a pre-order occurs when a product is out of stock. all pre orders are made to order, and therefore cannot be cancelled.
cancellations
Due to high volume of orders we are not able to cancel an order after it has been placed.
i ordered an available piece with a pre-order, will they ship separately?
We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please e-mail us at marti@reinaolga.com
